It presents real "brain food" for thought. It is not the typical spiritualist or religious approach. Loved this classic work. Mr. Good's provocative tome has led me to further pursue this pertinent topic.
Rarely do I call something a bad read. I will make an exception here. Most of the book seems devoted to referring the reader to other works or web sites. Examples are constantly referred to but not elaborated on. So much repetition and rambling . So many words and so little information.
One of the most boring books I have ever read! It was a chore to get through it...
I have been reading up on reincarnation lately and this book simply amazes me. If I had found it first, I would have saved my self a great deal of research. He has pulled together more diverse elements and arguments in one book than any other author I have come across. His explanations are clear and coherent.
BTW, the only source he uses that I can find fault with is Michael Newton and the second best reference I have found on reincarnation is Chris Carter. You have to be really good to be better than Chris Carter.
Now, I have just one question. Who, on Earth, is Bob Good. I have never heard of him before, couldn't find him with Google, but as good as this book is, I think I should have heard of him before.
This work is probing, provocative, powerfully so, and highly engaging. It invites access to challenging areas of scientific thought by means of highly accessible language. Does our consciousness reach beyond our body, and even its death? Well, this work will happily encourage you to seek out answers to such essential and deeply interesting questions. Go for it!
Slowly and carefully the author explores the. Studies in several fields and shows how that the results that are consistent and impossible to be by chance!
This book was very informative. I learned a lot about reincarnation and now know where this idea originated. I now realize that reincarnation is a science because it has been studied scientificaly for many years and the findings are reliable.
